Aion 2 soft aim menu with FOV, smoothing and bone selection options

Aion 2 Soft Aim Settings: What FOV, Smoothing and Bone Selection Do

A plain explanation of every soft aim option in the Aion 2 software and how the settings work together.

People search for an Aion 2 aimbot and usually imagine something that snaps onto a target. What the software actually ships is a soft aim assist with a lot of adjustable options. This guide goes through each one so you know what you are configuring.

The options

Based on the product page, soft aim includes: Enable Soft Aim, Aim Key, Aim FOV, Aim Smooth, Bone Selection, Visible Check, Ignore Friendly Faction, Ignore Same Party or Alliance, Draw FOV, Draw Target Line, and Max Aim Distance.

What each one does

Enable Soft Aim and Aim Key. The first turns the assist on. The aim key is the key you press to activate it, which you choose yourself.

Aim FOV. This sets how wide an area around your crosshair the assist will consider for targets. A small FOV means it only pays attention to targets already near your crosshair. A large one means it reaches further across the screen. Draw FOV shows that area on screen so you can see it.

Aim Smooth. This controls how gradually the assist moves toward a target. Higher smoothing means slower, softer movement. Lower smoothing means faster correction.

Bone Selection. You can aim for the head, the chest, or whichever is closest. Chest is the more forgiving choice when targets are moving, while head is for when you want precision.

Visible Check. The assist only targets players you can actually see, instead of those behind terrain or walls.

Ignore Friendly Faction and Ignore Same Party or Alliance. These keep the assist off your own side, which matters in a large faction fight where allies are everywhere.

Draw Target Line and Max Aim Distance. The target line shows who the assist is locked on to. Max aim distance stops it reaching for players too far away to matter.

Setting it up

Start with a modest FOV and moderate smoothing, then change one setting at a time. Because you can save and load configs, you can keep a tuned version without losing your starting point.

Soft aim is an assist, not a replacement for positioning. It helps with tracking and does nothing about where you choose to stand.

Where it fits

Soft aim pairs naturally with player ESP, which gives you the information to choose targets. It is also different from a bot, which automates actions. We explain that difference in how it differs from a bot.

Risk

No setting removes the chance of enforcement. NC has said it acts against unauthorized programs. Treat this like any other risk you are choosing to take.
